About the figures
Market figures are derived from Dubai Land Department published records. Each page states the period covered and the number of transactions behind the figure.
Figures may differ from other published sources that use different definitions, inclusion rules or time windows. Where they do, the difference is usually definitional rather than one source being wrong. Past transactions are not a guide to future prices.
Regulatory information changes
Guides covering visas, ownership rules, fees and financing describe the position at the time of writing and cite their sources. These rules change. Confirm current requirements with the relevant authority before acting on anything here.
